Rikba provides a public web resource for users who want to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

If you would like to request deletion of your Rikba account and associated personal data, please contact us at info@rikba.eu.

To help us process your request, please include:

• your full name;
• the phone number linked to your Rikba account;
• whether the account is a rider or driver account.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Once your request has been verified, we will delete your account and associated personal data, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legitimate reasons, such as:
